is P.M n Study material of institute is enough.
or do I go for some other books of IPCC. private publication if yeas than which.

No only PM & Study Mat is not enough. Advisable to also study following books.

Accounts/Advance Accounts: PC Tulsyan / M P Vijay Kumar
Cost & FM: Ravi M Kishore
Taxation: Vikash Mundhra / Singhania ITSM: Can be done with Study Material and Practice Manual. For book Dinesh Madan's book is best.
Practice Manual and RTP is must for good preparation.

As rightly said by expert SM and PM are not enough for exam preparation. These are used for giving further boost to your preparation at exam time. Further there is no harm in using good reference books for exam preparation.
