OUR COMPANY IS PAYING DIRECTOR'S REMUNERATION RS.1000000/- PER ANNUM. DO WE HAVE TO PAY SERVICE TAX ON IT AND IF SO THEN WHAT IS THE RATE OF SERVICE TAX ?
