16 March 2014 Which type of consultancy you are referring to?Management consultancy was made taxable in 1998,scientific consultancy,in 2001,legal consultancy in 2009,and also there are items like,business support services,business auxiliary services etc.If your service fits into any of these it becomes taxable.....mjk
