Is section 80 ee deductin available for 31st march 2016?

04 January 2016 sir, i have purchased 2 BHK flat for 35 lakhs in November 2015 and the loan of Rs. 22 lakhs is taken from HDFC bank in august 2015. i heard that there is 200000 deduction under section 80 EE on interest amount.
Can i get the deduction? plz help me.
