24 March 2019 My client is a GST company registered in Hyderabad and they have recently taken an infrastructure contract in Madhya Pradesh. There would be no office setup in MP but all the services would be provided onsite locally in MP to deliver the project. Does the company require to obtain registration in MP? Please advise.

24 March 2019 No need GST registration in MP.

28 March 2019 Sir, In my humble opinion, as all the goods will be locally procured, hence, mostly the place of supply of those procurements will be MP thereby making it a intra state supply, hence if you dont take registration in MP, then availment of ITC will be an issue.
