13 May 2013 If we have not filed DIN 3. Is it possible to do the Annual Filing ?
My DIN is valid evenif the eForm says it is invalid, so May it be bcz the DIN 3 is not filed?

13 May 2013 If the date of appointment of the Director was before 1/07/2007, DIN-3 has to be filed.

But Our DIN shows INVALID, Evenif they are valid and on MCA DIN Approval Ltter is Available.

So How can i now validate it.?

13 May 2013 I agree with that expert. In your case may be due to MCA problem, no got de activated . Just call to DIN Cell and they will update you the status.
