21 January 2011 we have company in MP.we change recently our MP company from pvt ltd to ltd in MP and our branch office in delhi we sale from delhi as trader but our registration not change in delhi vat till date.Is it create problem in excise .they transfer material to us on ltd company invoice and we sale in delhi pvt ltd company name invoice.

plz urgent

28 January 2011 NO, so long as the same changes have been intimated to Commissioner of Central Excise (i.e. company name chagne, etc). However, pls intimate to Delhi VAT office also about HO name chagne as at the inception time you would have intimated as a Pvt. Ltd and the same has been chagned.
