Is gst applicable on wages paid to labour's

29 September 2017 Sir my question is whether Wages attract GST. I am a businessman and need labours for my business. I purchase goods and bring it to my godown and repack them with the help of labours to send the goods to other states.
Now is GST applicable for wages paid to Labour's in cash.

29 September 2017 If wages pd by you on monthly basis no GST is applicable bring your employee but if you higher daily/ weekly basis and if it exceeds 5000/ in a day GST is to be pd under RCM otherwise not
