Please give your valuable suggestion that is GST applicable on Discount

According to Section 15(3) GST is not applicable on the discount value which is included in the invoice.
If the discount is given after the supply, i.e. not included in the invoice, such discount should have been established in the agreement either before or at the time of supply and specifically linked to invoices, also ITC should be reversed to the extent of such discount by the recipient.
