A Pvt Ltd Co. Having Dividend income from Mutual Fund of Rs. 11 lacs. is whole amount exempt from tax.

Yes. Dividend received from Mutual fund investment in excess of Rs.10 lacs will be taxable in the hands of the investor. This tax is apart from the Dividend distribution tax that the mutual fund pays when it declares the dividend
