HEY EXPERTS.
hamari company ne ek company se purchase ki thi july se ab tak now they want c-forms from us. and hamari return b galat hai to pahle hame return revise karni hogi c-form provide karne k liye..
so tell me k kya 31st march ke baad c-form provide karne pr koi penalty h.. kya 31st march se pahle c-form provide karne se kya benefit h

there is no specific time limit to issue C Form. but the selling dealer is required to produced the same within 90 days from the end of the quater. in some state at the time of assessment.
there is no such benefit to issue C Form before 31st March from purchaser point of view. but if your supplier is claiming the due to any of the reason mention above, you have to give it, else he may pass interest and penalty to you.
