my date of registration is March 2012....do I have to revalidate it before filling my examination form.....it is valid for 8 attempts... my 1st attempt is Nov 2012

CA IPCC registration validity is not on basis of no. of attempts it is valid for period of 4 years,as your validity expires in march 2016, you need to revalidate registration ,
you may send exam form now,
and also send application for revalidation procedure for the same can be seen in below link,

do I have to take registration before filling an examination form for May 16 as exam form will be filled in Feb 16 and registration is valid up to March 16

you can send exam form and revalidate later as your registration valid now.you may contact icai exam helpline if u feel doubt on this
