I have failed in Ipcc nov2014 attempt, and i want to reappear in the coming exam. I am direct entry student and i want to take termination, is it ok when i am reappearing i am not registered under a CA?

04 February 2015 I wanted to transfer from my current office but now as i have not cleared, i want to clear MY Ipcc and then join a new firm, if i dont take a transfer now, it would be problem to take transfer later, as i will be becoming a second year article.

04 February 2015 in first year of training you can take transfer but your current ca should sign form 109 if u want to get transfer to another ca

04 February 2015 U must have to complete 9 months of articles and OT and IIT training to appear in IPC (Direct Entry).

Ur Principal will sign ur form and will authenticate that u r Pursuing Articles under him/her, so u must have to register under Articles, if u wanna appear in IPC under Direct entry scheme.

04 February 2015 I have completed my 9 months of articles, i want to change the firm and take a gap till i finish my Ipcc may2015 exam. Since i am a direct entry student i have to be under a CA right? because i need signature on the exam application form.

04 February 2015 yes u should change within 3 months as then ur 1 year is not complete so only thing is fill up form 109 duly signed by ur ca

04 February 2015 But can i stay without registering under another CA till May2015. Would that be a problem for reappearing for the ipcc exam?

04 February 2015 on paper if u terminate say in 10th month and then u reregister in may15 then only 10 months have been served and u will be allowed to take transfer since on paper of icai u have not completed 1 year but just confirm this with icai as in my view it is permissible.

04 February 2015 it is compulsory for all who are undergoing articlehsip to take sign of ca else u wont get transfer

04 February 2015 yes evn when exam application form is to be submitted then ur principal only has to sign as for articleship students form needs to be mandatory signed by ur ca only.
