I have submitted revalidation form two months ago but till now I have not received the letter, will I be eligible to appear in IPCC nov 14 exams though my admit card is hosted on the institute's site?
Should I contact the institute immediately or after the exams are over?

you shall be eligible. however, do contact ICAI at the earliest possible. given that exams are less than week away, do it after the exams are over.
