please tell me that fro which CA it should be attested ,,,, Registered Employee I mean Sir or from any other CA ?????????

it is expected to get it attested with Principal while you are in articleship.However you may get it attest with other CA if your principal not available in office

Choice is with you. You can get it attested from any CA. Be sure, if you go to get it attested from any other CA than your Principal, s/he is going to ask you the reason. So, be prepared with a true and correct reason.

actually I am unable to reach to my principal due to Jatt Andolan.... I think there is not any problem if I am going to other Ca for this ?????? thank to both of you for the suggestions.

Yes, send documents with signed by any CA ,,can explain the same if ICAI asks explanation.
