is it necessary to write same to same words of provisions with secs in ipcc law paper?if no then can i secure good marksby answering in my words as i am unable to remember same to samw words of provisions?

Yes you can answer in your words too but write the section only when you are confident about it.
As the examiner will deduct full marks if you quote the wrong section
