somebody please help.. i am appearing for ipcc may 2014.. all the subjects seem fine but i just dont know how to go about with law and audit.. understanding has never been a problem but...i cant byheart things....

well you dont have to cram. focus on the concepts..go through practice manuals to understand how to write answers. and try to remember the important sections. For eg, it is natural that you should remember the sections for appointment of auditor.
