i have converted to direct entry scheme and registered for articleship in 16 august 2013.. can i give may 2014 exam of ipcc ?

most probably no as you are supposed to complete 9 months on first day of the month in which exams are held.
However, wait till 3 february when the online exam portal opens up. They may give some relief given that exams are now being held in the last week of May..
