it is too early to comment on it. Only if the elections are held in May, exams will happen in June. If the elections are held in April, then exams may happen in May only.

but please note that it comes with a caveat within the notification that
"The dates of the examinations may likely be modified in view of the election to the 16th Lok Sabha"

Yes bt at present the status is it will be conducted in may only and prepare as if its in may 14 and if at all it is postponnes then the time will be bonus.

you know the negative part of this...if on a later date the exams are postponed, those students who complete 2.5 years or 9 months in month of May, wont be eligible..
Had ICAI waited for general elections notification and then announced for June, those students could have appeared!!!

ICAI just removed the notification...this drama will continue till the election's notification is finalized...
please prepare keeping May in mind..let ICAI continue with its flipflops.
