hi i need to know what type of changes will be there in ipcc syllabus for nov 2015 exams? i am new to this stream and so i want to know whether i have to wait till icai gives any announcement regarding syllabus or can i start preparing now onwards?

November 2015 is way to far. there will be changes in audit, accounts, tax, law to start with. ITSM course has already been changed from November 2014.
So you gotta wait for the announcement specially for Budget that will come out in July 2014 and notification of various sections of Companies act 2013.
