09 September 2016 SIR,
I got Exemption in Ipcc 1st group in LAW papaer in MAY 2016. I Apllied Nov 2016 exams but in my exam application form( online mode) , i didn't mention details about the exemption. In this regarding May i eligible or not exemption of that paper?...if not eligible, what is the procedure for taking that exemption? pls advise me...

09 September 2016 the exemption is automatic....you will get it.

09 September 2016 Dear Awarender, If u have not filled the exemption in online form then it seems that u are withdrawing your exemption so u should write a letter to icai examination department for such error or else try the same in the correction window. Exemption is not automatic unless and until u claim it. Hope your query is resolved

10 September 2016 As per me the exemption is not auto, U must take permission of ICAI for that exemption. U must clear the whole scene in written to ICAI, only after that u can claim the exemption in the term. Well, u can wait for the other experts valuable opinion. All the best..............
