Dear Sir,
i have cleared my CPT in May 2012 & after that i have given 3 ipcc attemps but i got failed. now i want to start articleship before giving next ipcc attempt.
can u tell me the procedure.

u need to file form 103 and form 102 just go to counter of icai regoinal chapter

Kindly explore ICAI website to download requisite form required to start articleship formalities.

if you haven't cleared group 1, then i believe what you are looking for is conversion to direct entry scheme. If it is so, then kindly submit this form to ICAI https://220.227.161.86/27625bos-directca-form.pdf
Along with this form you need to execute Form 102 and 103 with the CA firm where you may start internship and submit copy of Form 103 to ICAI. You can have a look at the sample forms at https://icai.org/post.html?post_id=718
