if i join artical training on 1.2.13 but not sending dd & reg. form 103 of articalship can i eligible for nov 2013 attempt

There is one months grace period to send form 103 from the date of commencement of articleship training with out paying any penalty for late submission. so send it immediately if you not send it till now. Even though you send form 103 late which date you mentioned in form 103 as commencement of your articleship shall consider for starting date of articleship from that date you shall calculate the period of articleship to getting eligibility to exams. For late submission you will be pay penalty only but not effect on the date of commencement of articleship. So according to your question i think you are the IPCC Direct entry scheme student so you are eligible to November 2013 IPCC exams. Assumed your IPCC direct registration shall be made on or before 1-2-2013.
