05 July 2025 One of our client is a security services and house keeping service provider both, and our client is registered under GST and Security services come under RCM and house keeping service comes under normal tax service, so can our client issue Reverse Charge Machanism bill for security services provided and Normal tax invoice for house keeping services provided to their client."

12 August 2025 Yes, your client can—and should—issue two different invoices for these services:
Security Services (RCM applies):
Since GST is payable by the recipient under Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM) for security services, your client should issue a RCM invoice.
The invoice should clearly mention that tax is payable by the recipient on reverse charge basis.
Your client should not charge GST on this invoice.
Housekeeping Services (Normal Taxable Service):
For housekeeping services, which are taxable normally, your client should issue a regular GST invoice charging GST at the applicable rate.
Key Points:
Maintain separate invoices for security and housekeeping services as their GST treatments differ.
For security services under RCM, tax liability shifts to the recipient.
For housekeeping services, tax is collected and deposited by your client.
