13 October 2011 can any one tell me if we applied for a single registration in s.tax in delhi and we provide a service in haryana, can v raise an invoice with our delhi based registration number or we require other inter-state registration like we require cst?

13 October 2011 If the services are provided from Delhi Office premise itself, there is no need for seperate registration.

But the service for which you are providing the service from Delhi service should be the one for which u r already registered

13 October 2011 No interstate registration is reqd, if u r having seperate premise or branch at haryana better get the centralised registration of service tax, by which u can provide service from any of ur branch anywhere in India
