12 April 2012 If a Retailer got the Invoice form a Trust without mentioning VAT amount in Invoice then How can that retailer get the claim of Input Credit of such Invoice?

12 April 2012 Mr Zaveri,
That truat may be unregistered hence,no claim of input tax. Further,when such purchases are made the buyer has to issue a purchase invoice and collect the tax due from the unregistered seller and pay to the govt. And when he sells the same and collects tax on it he can take the input tax credit....MJK
