A prop firm is in the business of transportation. He is not required to collect and pay the service tax. The service receiver is required to pay tax. My query is how the transporter will issue invoice (whether including service tax or without service tax).

If service provider is not required to collect service tax, he/she shall give a plain invoice. (Without quoting anything about service tax.)
