Hi,
I want to know that is it mandatory to mention consignee tin in vat invoices.. if yes what abt sales to unregisteted dealer's. I mean how to do sales to unregistered dealers

Yes it is mandatory.
but if the dealer is unregistered, then it will be treated as cash sales and tax to be deposited in govt a/c
