I got one invoice. they have mentioned right bottom corner like this E.& O.E
what is this meaning? it is compulsory in Invoice pls let me know?

29 November 2014 E & O E stands for 'Errors and Omissions are Expected' that means in case of calculation mistakes it can be rectified.

It is not compulsory but it is advisable.
