below information received on our one pvt lt co which is newly formed co . Is it below matter is applicable?

As per Investor Education Protection Fund (Uploading of information regarding unpaid and unclaimed amounts lying with companies) Rules, 2012, dated 10.05.2012, you were requireq to upload the details of unclaimed and unpaid amounts of investors lying with your company during the last seven years, if any, on the website of the Ministry. As per records available with the Ministry, such information pertaining to your company has not been uploaded on this ,website. If . any afore mentioned amount is lying with your company, it is advised to upload the said information immediately so as to avoid any consequences thereof.

19 October 2013 Filing of Form 5INV is applicable only to those companies where any amount as referred in section 205C is lying unpaid.

In case of other companies it is not applicable.
