Dear all,
One Indian Pvt. Ltd. company wants to make investment in singapore based pvt. ltd. company upto 30% shares. What formalities should be completed for making payment of USD 75000/- to singapore based company? Also please inform other procedures which should be completed for making investment in singpapore based company?

As per FEMA regulations the Indian Party is allowed to invest upto 400% of its net worth in shares of company outside India.
There is automatic route and approval route for the same.The exact nature of activities carried on by the Singapore Co. shall determine the automatic or approval route.
Also Form ODI needs to be filed with AD along with request of funds transfer to foreign entity.
