Is there any violation to state tat theres no possibility for shareholder to invest additionally or new share holder to invest in loss making company

In my opinion, no rule is prohibiting the shareholder to invest in the loss making company. Actually, before investing the investor should go through the SEBI Rules and indications about the loss making company.
