So here is the situation, have around 30 lakhs to invest in India. Me, NRI with retired parents. What are my options with minimum tax implications to me and my parents.

in this economic down tern you can invest in residential house ( you can get it in cheaper price than earlier) which will get you some extra income in india and your investment will also apriciate during the time
