12 October 2012 Hey can any body guide me about investment criteria of Nbfc. I want to know two questions
One is :-if NBFC do investments in its own subsidiary then what is the ceiling limit for it and what are the other provisions and condition that NBFC has to follow??

second one is: in NBFC is investing any where in India then what are the provision/rules/regulations to do investment by NBFC??

i am not able get RBI guidelines, so kindly provide me that also if possible?
