11 September 2017 I have filed return for the A.Y.2016-17 with in due date
But the return was treated as invalid
can i revise the invalid return
if yes what is the procedure

11 September 2017 Return is treated as invalid you can't revise it. File belated original ITR again.

But i have filed within due date previously
now it was showing to file return'' u/s 139(1) with in due date'' as per the software we are using (Genius) to file the return freshly

11 September 2017 File return using the software download from E filing site of Income tax department.

is it same as Filing Normal returns
ie:. Generating XML and uploading at IT website after making necessary corrections
