i have 10 no of shares of xyz ltd. i sold them on early morning qt the profit of rs 20.per share. in the closing time share price drop 50 per share so i bought it again 10 shares.
now my question is this that this profit on my shares is intra day profit or short term capital gain..??

Such type of income is speculation income.
