we have recd intimitation u/s 143(1).What will be the type of payment category for making payment for amount payable? Will it be Tax on REgular assessment or any other. Kindly let me know

Yes. It will be tax on regular assessment.

If you are using Challan No ITNS 280, then its a Tax on Regular Assessment, And neither an Advance tax nor Self Assessment,As the payment is being done (Proposed payment) in responce to Intimation U/s.143(1)
