09 January 2016 maine return file ki thi usme income thi pension, interest aur business profit se. unhone housing loan liya tha toh uske interest ki deduction bhi claim ki thi....ab intimation me deduction for interest on housing loan disallow krke demand nikal di hai department ne....ab kya karna chahiye?

09 January 2016 Agar return manual file hua hai toh jurisdictional AO ko rectification ki application lagaye aur agar return online file hua hai to CPC ko online rectification lagaye.
