Intimation to icai about date of joining a company

20 June 2013 DEAR EXPERTS,
I OBTAINED MEMBERSHIP IN SEP 2012.
I JOINED A COMPANY ON 26.12.2012. BUT I FAILED TO INTIMATE IT TO ICAI STILL NOW.

WHICH FORM TO BE USED TO INTIMATE TO INSTITUTE.
CAN I MENTION DATE OF JOINING AS 26.12.2012 OR ANY OTHER RECENT DATE.
IF I MENTION CORRECT DOJ WILL IT CREATE ANY PROBLEM.(MY SALARY CREDITED IN MY BANK A/C)

No, you can mentioned the date of joining as you think fit. Their is no issue for that.

1).but within 30 days of joining - need to be intimated know.

2).on 20.6.2013 i updated my professional address in institute website.Will i need, manually to send the form mentioning DOJ or printout taken from website itself enough ah.
