I want to know do I need to study the whole day n Idt module for preparation of a job interview for Tax Advisory Profile?
What should be read before technical round by a CA fresher for different profile like Tax Advisor & compliance, Financial Analyst, CA in a company?

First of all u need to be very confident as before technical round they asked about yourself and about your article experience.
So don't worry they focus more on concept clarity so read well whatever u read.
