I am importing goods from other countries to India and finally sell such goods inside India. I have a doubt whether my transactions will be included in the list for International Transactions? Whether i should get Audit Report in Form No.3CEB UNDER SECTION 92E OF Income Tax Act, 1961

If they are being imported from Associates enterprises then YES.
