22 September 2016 if we have 72000 equity share of Rs.10 Each and we have to issue out of these share 5 equity share for each Rs. 100 for clearing the arrears of Rs.18000 then what is the number of share issued & and how it is calculated

22 September 2016 sir the question is that equity share holder surrendered 72000 share of Rs.10 each and there were arrears of Rs.18000 of preference dividend of past three year so question is Five equity share out of those surrendered to be issued for Rs.100 each of arrears of preference dividend
