I am doing internal audit of Charitable Trust, Registered under BPT ACT,1950 , is it compulsory to Reprot by me to Statutory Auditor of my Findings and I is it complusory to Give Audit Report to Statutory Auditor.

I am not sure your scope of Internal Audit. There is no need for you to send your report to Statutory Auditors.
May be you can co-ordinate with Statutory Auditors & find out some more valuable poits in your report.
