Hii!!!
Can someone please give me a clarity on internal audit of hotel industry ?? like the aging schedule and the rack rates to compare(Difficulty in getting info of other similar hotels)

If you are looking for the scope of internal audit of hotel industry, you can concentrate on the risk areas which includes the process of billing ( the food charges or the charges of internal consumables) may not be charged appropriately, since the hotel industry relies on various other websites or person for getting customer, you can verify whether the incentives are paid as per the contract / agreement. Verify the stock of consumables which are generally not recorded appropriately.
