Can a company (for eg: X) can be appointed as an internal auditor?
If yes, please provide the relevant provisions of the companies act, 2014.

As per rule 13 relevant to sec.138 of companies act, states that Internal auditor or firm of internal auditor can be appointed. so company cannot become as internal auditor
