13 May 2012 A construction company has paid less amount of service tax of Rs 35000.00 on construction service .
Excess amount of service tax of Rs 52000.00 has paid on Works contract Service.

Please inform me , it is possible to adjust the short payment of service tax against excess payment of service tax.
