Interest on Vat payment through Online but delayed by 2 day

Please answer,

Vat amount paid through E- Payment on 23/10/2010 for Quaterly return basis

but 2 day delay as due date 21/10/2010
so
Interest will be charged or not?

Interest will be charged than what rate?

Interest will be charged on Monthly basis or Day basis?
