Payment made for expenses in the month of may 2010 and TDS has been Credited during the month of august 2010 and payment made during the month of sept 2010, what should be interest for Delay for credit as well as payment of TDS calculation?

22 December 2010 Interest need to be calculate from the actual liability arisen date.so calculate from May-2010

Interest is May-2010 to June-2010 = 2%
Interest from July-2010 to Sep-2010=4.5%

Total = 6.50%
