Interest on housing loan

Home loan was sanctioned on 23rd jan 2012 and registry of the House done on 15.02.2015, posession lettor from the builder was taken in May 2015. Do I qualify for interest refund (max Rs 2,00,000) as the period of construction has exceeded the time limit of 3 years
