Interest on housing loan

Some industries are providing the Quarter's facility to their employees. I want to know whether these employees are eligible for getting housing loan interest exemption of Rs. 1,50,000/-.
Note : There is no income from their own house. If it's possible to declare their houses as self occupied or occupied by his parents.
Please explain me.

Since staying in rented house and cannot declare the own house as self occupied. in case house is in different city/place and not staying due to employment then can be consider as self occupied.otherwise no
